What size should I get?

How to Measure
Hold a string cut to the cloak length from the middle of your back (base of neck) to see where the hem will fall. If you’re broader in the chest or shoulders, factor in a bit more “hang” (more fabric).

Important Fit Note
Customers over 6’0″ wearing 2XL–3XL often find our current sizing too narrow; we’re working toward expanded sizes as we grow.

What is your product availability?

Everything you see is ready to go. Your cloak ships within 1–2 business days—no waiting for potions to brew.

How much do the cloaks weigh? Are they warm enough for winter?

Our Signature Cloak (Black, Ranger Green, Space Wizard Brown, Riding Hood Red) is made for spring, fall, mild winters, and cool summer nights.
A 60″ cloak weighs about 4 lbs.
When the air turns sharper, simply layer up!

What are your prices and discount options?

Our prices hold their own in the realm of cloaks.
Discount codes appear from time to time for those on our email list.

Join at the bottom of our homepage or taking the cloak quiz on the homepage.
All U.S. orders $65+ ship free.

What about out of stock items?

The wizard brown cloak is only available in long. We don’t plan to restock this item once it runs out.  

Are your cloaks and robes unisex? Why list men’s and women’s styles?

Yes—every cloak and robe is unisex.
We list “men’s” and “women’s” only because travelers often search by those terms.

Do you offer custom cloaks or robes?

Not at the moment.
But we are gathering requests, so feel free to email us with the styles, colors, or lengths you’d love to see appear in our collection.

Shipping

How do you ship orders?

We ship with USPS and UPS. Orders go out in 1 business day (often same day). You’ll receive a tracking number as soon as your package is processed.

Delivery Times

Standard Shipping (USPS Ground)

• West Coast: 2–3 days
• Midwest + East Coast: 3–5 days

Priority USPS Shipping (+$6) — usually 1 day faster than standard

• West Coast: 1–3 days
• Midwest + East Coast: 2–4 days

Rush Shipping (UPS 2-Day Air)

• All U.S. regions: 2 days

When to choose Rush:

• Midwest/East Coast: Rush is the fastest option.
• West Coast: Choose Priority instead—Rush won’t be any faster.

Holiday Shipping

During holiday season (especially mid-December), add 1–2 extra days to all estimates.
We typically ship within 12–24 hours during Aug–Nov and early December.

Last day to order for Christmas delivery: December 19 (Best chance, not a guarantee.)

Do you ship internationally?

We ship to Australia, Canada, Mexico, and New Zealand, and can arrange other destinations—email us and we’ll do our best.

What if my package arrives damaged?

If you see visible damage, note “Damaged Package” before signing (if a signature is required) and file a claim with the carrier right away.
We’ll replace damaged items as soon as the carrier processes the claim.

What if my package is refused or undeliverable?

Returned or refused packages will incur the original shipping cost, and additional postage is required to re-ship the order.

Orders & Refunds

Are online transactions secure?

Yes. Our site uses SSL encryption to keep your information safe. We take security seriously and protect your data once it’s in our system.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, and PayPal.
You can also pay by cashier’s check or money order—those orders ship once payment is received.

What currency are your prices listed in?

All prices are shown in U.S. Dollars (USD).

Will I get order and tracking emails?

Absolutely.

• You’ll receive an order confirmation right after checkout.
• A shipping email with tracking arrives once your cloak is on its way.
  If you created an account, you can also check your order status anytime.

What is your refund policy?

We want you to feel great about your purchase. If your cloak or robe isn’t the right fit, you can return it for a refund (minus shipping fees).

How returns work:

1. Contact us within 30 days of receiving your order for a Return Authorization Number (RAN).
2. Item must be in new, unworn condition.
3. Once approved, your return needs to reach us within 14 days.

A few notes:

• Refunds include the full purchase price minus shipping costs.
  • If your order included free shipping, we deduct the actual shipping cost from your refund.
• Returns without authorization or items that arrive used or damaged may be declined.

How do I change or cancel my order?

You can change or cancel your order before it ships. Email us at info@ravenfoxcapes.com as soon as possible.

Do you offer gift wrapping?

Not currently.
We do wrap items in tissue with a Raven Fox sticker for a special unboxing.
If your order is a gift:

• Let us know in the order comments.
• We omit the invoice showing the price.
• Include a message and we’ll add it to a Raven Fox card in the box.

Do you have an affiliate program?

Not at this time.

Do you offer wholesale pricing?

We may start wholesale shipments soon. Please inquire if interested.

Do you exchange links with other sites?

Raven Fox Cloaks and Robes does not collect your personal information, other than what is required to process and ship an order. We do not use that information for marketing purposes unless given express permission, and do not share or sell it. Our website does use some third-party tools (such as Google Analytics) that may collect visitor information. The best way to prevent your information from being collected by Google and other parties is to activate your browser’s “do not track” settings.

By using our web site or purchasing a product from us, you agree to the collection and use of information as set forth in our privacy policy. We may from time to time update this policy. We will post any changes to our policy on our Privacy Policy page so that you are always aware of what information we collect and how we use it.
